Javier Ramirez Moyano

Javier Ramirez Moyano has a diverse work experience starting from 2015. Javier worked as a Peer Advisor at Grand Valley State University, where they assisted students in applying to study abroad and developed strong communication and teamwork skills. In 2017, Javier worked as an Information Technology Technician at Corium International, Inc., where they performed various setup and maintenance tasks on the company's IT systems.

In 2018, they joined Evoqua Water Technologies as a Cyber Security Intern, where they monitored and secured the company's IT systems using cloud security platforms, vulnerability scanners, and other tools.

From 2020 to 2022, Javier worked at Deloitte as a L1 Junior Delivery Analyst and later as a L2 Delivery Analyst, where they managed security incidents, created and tuned use cases through threat intelligence, and worked with different SIEM and EDR tools. Javier also had direct customer interaction and managed a small team of technicians.

Currently, since 2023, Javier is working as a Technical Product Manager at Distribusion Technologies.

Javier Ramirez Moyano completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Grand Valley State University from 2015 to 2020. In 2019, they also studied Computer Science in Goldsmiths, University of London for a brief period. Javier has obtained several additional certifications, including Splunk 7.x Fundamentals Part 2 and Part 1 from Splunk in February 2021 and January 2021 respectively. Javier also holds a Level 1 Trustee Certification from CyberArk obtained in November 2020, and a Zscaler Certified Cloud Administrator - Internet Access certification from Zscaler obtained in December 2020.
