Previously, they were the co-founder of Digital Sol, a company that advocated for remote workforces and provided support for organizations looking to shift into partial or full remote work.
A strong believer in the potential of location-independent workforces to change the world, Jenny founded Digital Sol with the goal of helping organizations harness technology for meaningful shifts, connections, and expanded potential. Digital Sol’s approach incorporated principles of compassionate communication, data-driven task and time management strategies, and systems theories to help organizations improve communication, productivity, culture, and connection.

Jenny Palmer completed a MicroMasters in User Experience Research and Design from the University of Michigan. Jenny then went on to complete a Master of Arts in Transpersonal Clinical Psychology from Sofia University. Finally, they completed a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Bowling Green State University. Jenny Palmer is currently certified by The Center for Nonviolent Communication and is working towards their certification in CNVC Training. Jenny is also certified by Jane McEwan, MCMC in Bridges Out of Poverty Training + Cost of Poverty Experience (C.O.P.E.).
