Marlon Aleman

Marlon Aleman has a diverse work experience. Marlon is currently working at DSD Renewables as a Senior Commercial Operations Lead, a position they have held since February 2023. Prior to this role, they served as a Commercial Operations Lead at the same company starting in November 2021.

Before joining DSD Renewables, Marlon worked at Apple starting in 2018. Their positions at Apple included Operations Supervisor from May 2020 to November 2021, Retail Operations Specialist from April 2019 to May 2020, and Retail Sales Specialist from August 2018 to April 2019. As a Retail Operations Specialist, Marlon demonstrated strong organizational skills by reorganizing the stockroom and reducing delivery time. Marlon also showed problem-solving abilities during system downtime by innovating printing solutions and alternate processes. Marlon successfully delegated tasks to meet deadlines, developed strategies to increase store efficiency, and conducted team trainings to enhance tool usage and confidence.

Marlon also gained experience as an Intern at Glen Jarvis Training & Consulting, LLC from April 2017 to August 2018.

Marlon Aleman completed their Bachelor of Philosophy degree at the University of San Francisco from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, during the same period, they pursued a Minor in Computer Science at the same institution.
