Since February 2010, Kelly has served as a Managing Partner at Distribution Direct, offering comprehensive warehouse, fulfillment, and customer service solutions. As the Owner of the Stephen Russell Memorial Tournament, Kelly orchestrates a prestigious event that kicks off the Atlantic Coast Collegiate Hockey League season. Previously, Kelly held various roles including Communications Consultant at The WordSlingers and Chief Operating Officer at Peace Country Health, where leadership encompassed operations across multiple hospitals and strategic initiatives during significant health mergers. Kelly holds a nursing diploma from the General Hospital School of Nursing and a business degree from Memorial University, complemented by education at the University of Calgary.
