Ian Dewancker

Ian Dewancker is a Founding Engineer at Distributional with a background in creating synthetic data for robot vision. Previously, Ian worked as a Co-founder and CEO at SBX Robotics, where Ian focused on creating synthetic data for robot vision. Ian has also held positions at companies like Kindred.ai, Uber Advanced Technologies Group, SigOpt, and Yelp, where Ian worked on machine learning research, optimization, and data mining. Ian has a Master's of Science in Computer Science from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor's of Software Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
