Paola Rivas

Paola Rivas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in contract management and legal advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at DNOW since February 2014, Paola Rivas previously held the position of Contract Specialist at National Oilwell Varco from September 2012 to February 2014, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating legal agreements. Prior to this, Paola Rivas was a Procurement Manager and Project Coordinator at Raschig Jaeger Technologies, managing bids and vendor agreements. Earlier career roles include Document Control-Expeditor at Tri-Alliance Resources, Inc., and educational roles at the University Externado of Colombia, where Paola Rivas supported legal education. Paola Rivas holds an LLM in Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources from the University of Houston Law Center and an Attorney at Law degree from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
