Caitlin Skaggs currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Distributor Data Solutions (DDS), where expertise in e-commerce for distribution is utilized to address data challenges faced by distributors. Previous experience includes serving as Board of Directors Associate President and Associate Vice President with the Building Industry Association of Northern Kentucky, as well as managing digital platforms and marketing efforts at Wiseway Supply from 2016 to 2023. Caitlin's career began with roles in customer service at Cove Federal Credit Union and logistics at Taylor & Francis Group, following a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Western Kentucky University.
