With experience ranging from program management to research and evaluation, Carmen Elena has worked with a focus on public health and health promotion. Carmen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Public Health and a Master of Science in Health Promotion Management, both obtained from American University. Currently, Carmen Elena serves as a Community Navigator at District Bridges, where Carmen Elena continues to utilize their skills and expertise in the community.
