Bill Kresz

Bill Kresz has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bill began their career in 1987 as a Wallcovering Installer at Local 2011, where they worked until 2013. In 2001, they transitioned to become a Real Estate Investor at Hunter Street Associates. In 2013, they joined District Council 21 as a Business Representative/Organizer and also worked in Business Development. Bill then became the President of District Council 21 in 2018. In 2015, Bill Kresz joined the Philadelpia AFL-CIO as the Vice President. Additionally, they served as the Vice President of IUPAT District Council 21 from 2017 to 2018.

Bill Kresz attended North Catholic High School from 1976 to 1980. Following that, they pursued a degree in Business at Philadelphia University from 1981 to 1983. In 2005, they enrolled in the Temple School of Real Estate for Real Estate Development, completing their studies in 2006.
