Donna Anderson-Davis, Ed. D., is a seasoned leader in educational consulting with extensive experience in leadership development and instructional improvement. Currently serving as a Leadership Development Consultant at Anderson-Davis Consulting since April 2014, Donna provides executive coaching tailored for senior district leaders, develops leadership training materials, and facilitates professional development across various learning environments. Additional roles include Performance Coach at District Management Group and Leadership Coach at TNTP, with a commitment to enhancing teaching and learning in educational settings. Prior positions include Project Director at the Center for Educational Leadership at the University of Washington and Director of Content Development at Pearson North America, among others. Donna holds a Doctor of Education in K-12 Educational Leadership from Regent University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Manhattan University.
