Narineh Gharashor is a seasoned educational professional with extensive experience in leadership and consultancy roles. As the Founder and Lead Consultant at WholisticEdu since March 2021, Gharashor also serves as a Performance Coach at District Management Group and an Education Consultant at Education Walkthrough. Prior to these roles, Gharashor fostered educational leadership as a Leadership Facilitator at The Holdsworth Center and spent over 15 years at Chicago Public Schools in various capacities, including Principal and Instructional Support Leader. Gharashor’s academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Illinois State University, as well as master's degrees in Educational Leadership and Organizational Change from Roosevelt University, and Education and Social Policy from Northwestern University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Child Development from California State University, Los Angeles.
