Samantha Pryor-Miller is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in school improvement and coaching. Currently serving as a Performance Coach at District Management Group since January 2022, Samantha has facilitated significant advancements in communication, data-driven instructional decisions, and student performance metrics. As a Continuous Improvement Specialist and Project Director at IHI, Samantha coaches schools across Texas and California to enhance postsecondary access and designs training materials for educational professionals. Previous roles include Senior Improvement Coach at CORE DISTRICTS, where Samantha led improvement science training, and Computer Science Instructional Designer & Coach at Code To The Future, where curriculum development and educator training were key responsibilities. With a Master's degree in Education and Teaching from Pepperdine University and additional leadership training from Harvard Business School Online, Samantha embodies a commitment to fostering equitable educational environments.
