Whitney Williams

Whitney Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and education. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for the DEI Portfolio at Comcast since June 2021, Whitney mobilizes cross-functional teams to enhance and redesign products, while also managing over 30 Leadership and DEI learning products. As a Performance Coach for District Management Group, Whitney amplifies teacher impact and drives growth through data analysis and team empowerment. Previously, Whitney held various leadership roles at Teach For America from July 2014 to June 2021, including Managing Director of Education Advocacy and Systems Transformation, where co-facilitated DEI sessions and bolstered alumni engagement. Whitney started the career as a Social Studies Teacher at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools and holds an Education Specialist degree in Counseling from the University of South Carolina, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Clemson University.
