Troy Nelson

Troy Nelson has worked at District Medical Group, starting in 2012. Troy holds the role of Medical Director for DMG/Children's Rehabilitative Services.

Troy Nelson started their education journey in 1980 at Arizona State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Engineering. Troy studied there for three years, until 1983. In the same year, Troy enrolled at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, where they completed their medical doctorate degree in four years, in 1987. Afterward, they joined the Phoenix Children's/Maricopa Integrated Pediatric Residency program from 1987 to 1990, specializing in Pediatrics.
