Sharon Greenbaum, LICSW, is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Senior Counselor for the Lawyer Assistance Program at the D.C. Bar since September 2018, where responsibilities include conducting intake assessments and providing treatment plans for law students, lawyers, and judges. Previously, Sharon worked as a Therapist at Talkspace, managing a caseload of individual clients and crisis interventions. Sharon also held the position of Clinical Manager at MBI Health Services, LLC, overseeing the development of the children, youth, and family division, and providing therapy for low-income dual diagnosis clients. Additionally, Sharon served as the Program Director for Bet Mishpachah, focusing on outreach for the LGBT community. Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Women's Studies, and Sociology from The George Washington University.
