Jay Jackman

Jay Jackman currently serves as the Manager of Development Engineering, Projects & Design for the City of Mission, having been with the organization since October 2010. Jay's responsibilities include reviewing civil drawings and overseeing preconstruction documentation and meetings. Prior to this role, Jay held various managerial positions within the City of Mission, including Manager of Development Engineering & Projects and Manager of Assets, Infrastructure & Projects. Jay's earlier experience includes serving as a Superintendent at Vantage Contracting Ltd. from June 1993 to October 2010, where involvement spanned all aspects of civil contracting. Jay's educational background includes studies at the University of the Fraser Valley, British Columbia Institute of Technology, and Capilano University.
