Neumann started their career in the education and interpretive field and transitioned into the IT industry, gaining experience in user support and coordination roles. They have a diploma in Theatre Production & Management and have pursued part-time studies in Computer and Business Technologies. Currently, Neumann is working as a User Support Specialist at the District of North Vancouver, with previous roles at Hemmera, Vancouver Aquarium, VANOC, and other organizations.
