Ann Luu Arya

Ann Luu Arya, M.A., PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Generalist at DistroKid since July 2021, Ann has previously held positions at First Media US as a Human Resources Specialist, where responsibilities included developing onboarding processes and employee surveys. Ann's earlier roles include Human Resources Specialist and Coordinator at Awesomeness and Amobee, respectively, where Ann managed new hire orientations, offboarding processes, and recruitment support. Ann commenced a career in Human Resources with internships at Halston and Achievement Matters, Inc., gaining foundational skills in employee engagement and administrative support. Ann holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management from Antioch University-Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
