Akshat Vaidya

Akshat Vaidya is an AI Strategist at Distyl AI since May 2025, previously serving as a Product Manager at Prodigal from February 2020 to May 2025, where significant contributions included the development of AI-enabled digital outreach products and the integration of large language models into Prodigal's real-time call summarization application. Prior roles at Prodigal included Associate Product Manager and Data Scientist, and experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, where responsibilities involved teaching Decision Analytics. Akshat began a career in data science as an intern at Prodigal, building scoring models, and held positions at Morgan State University, where data analysis efforts improved data storage efficiency, and Corpository, where a business dashboard was developed.
