Joi Woods

Joi Woods, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in the Human Resources field. From April 2012 to May 2020, they worked at Chickasaw Community Bank, starting as a Human Resources Assistant and working their way up to Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources. In May 2020, they transitioned to their current role as Human Resources Director at Ditch Witch of Oklahoma and Arkansas.
