Leiliana Souza

Leiliana Souza is a skilled project planner with extensive experience in civil engineering and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Project Planner at Ditio | The Project People and Tata Steel Nederland since February 2023, Leiliana previously held positions as a Project Management Officer Trainee at Aircrete Europe and as a Planning Engineer at Tracomal, where significant contributions included cost estimation and efficiency improvements that enhanced client response times. With a strong foundation in cost estimation and project execution, Leiliana has also worked as a Cost Estimator and Civil Engineering Intern across various reputable organizations. Leiliana holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi, along with degrees in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, which complement extensive expertise in managing complex infrastructure projects.
