Vignesh Srinivas

Vignesh Srinivas is an experienced professional with a strong background in growth, operations, and consulting. Currently serving in the Founder’s Office at Ditto Insurance since May 2023, Vignesh previously held the position of Senior Manager Growth & Operations at Proactive For Their from April 2022 to April 2023. Vignesh also worked as Head of Growth at Scholfe between December 2020 and April 2022, focusing on educational initiatives. Earlier experiences include roles as a Business Consultant and Market Research Adviser at EY, where Vignesh contributed to significant projects, including the management of a $13 million project for Sydney Trains. Vignesh began their career as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, developing reports in SQL and leading development teams. Vignesh holds a Master’s degree in International Business from UNSW and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Kumaraguru College of Technology.
