Heleen Wachters

Heleen Wachters is a seasoned professional in strategy consultancy with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles. As a Partner and co-founder of the Benelux Office at Eden McCallum LLP since February 2008, Wachters has contributed to delivering strategic consultancy services to a diverse clientele. In addition to work at Eden McCallum, Wachters serves on the Supervisory Board and Audit Committee at Technical University Delft and has held a Supervisory Board position at Stichting Lezen & Schrijven. Previous experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company, where Wachters was an Associate Principal and later served on the Alumni Board, as well as a Director of Planning and Strategic Development at Royal Numico. Wachters holds an MBA from INSEAD and a degree from Delft University of Technology.
