Alexandria Scott, CSM

Alexandria Scott has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Alexandria started their career as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Cox Enterprises in 2018, where they managed candidate flow and maintained effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers. In 2020, they joined Hopin and held two roles during their tenure. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, they supported the People Operations Department in implementing a positive company culture, trained and onboarded new hires, and utilized data to improve talent acquisition processes. In their second role as a Global Impact Coordinator, they built partnerships with cross-functional teams and vendors, managed Employee Resource Groups, and developed and implemented a Community Impact strategic plan. In 2022, Alexandria took on the position of Scrum Master at Agile Express, where they implemented Scrum principles, facilitated continuous process improvement, and collaborated with engineering, product, and scrum teams. Currently, they are an Operations Coordinator at Ditto, starting in 2023.

Alexandria Scott, CSM, earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in International Business from The University of Southern Mississippi, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, they obtained their Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance in December 2022.
