Hind Roubos

Hind Roubos is an experienced technology leader with a robust background in global customer support and technical advisory roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Ditto and Group Vice President of Global Technical Support at New Relic, Inc., Hind has held several key positions including Advisor at HireSmarter and Senior Vice President of Global Customer Support at Veeva Systems, a pioneer in cloud-based software for the life sciences sector. Previous roles include Senior Director of Global Application Support and Director of Global Applications Support at Oracle, where Hind managed a large team across various international locations while supporting thousands of customers. Hind began a career in technical support with PeopleSoft, serving as Senior Product Support Manager and Product Support Engineer before moving to Ingres as a Tech Support Engineer. Hind holds a degree from Cal State East Bay, College of Business & Economics.
