Joe Cayse, PMP

Joe Cayse, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Joe currently holds the position of Federal Program Manager at Ditto, where they began in May 2022. Prior to this, Joe worked at System High Corporation from 2015 to 2022. During their time at System High Corporation, Joe held various roles, including Program Manager, Deputy Program Manager, Contract Manager, Senior Technology Protection Engineer, and Technology Protection Engineer. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in managing programs, contracts, personnel, customer relations, and security engineering support for US Army research and technology protection programs. Before joining System High Corporation, Joe served in the United States Marine Corps from 2009 to 2015. In the Marine Corps, they served as a 2841 Radio Repair Technician and a Marine Embassy Security Guard, gaining valuable experience in radio equipment installation and repair, troubleshooting, and embassy security.

Joe Cayse, PMP has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Cybersecurity Operations from ECPI University. Joe also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, they have obtained the Program Protection Credential from Defense Acquisition University in July 2020, the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in December 2021, and the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute in October 2020.
