Tom Weller is the Managing Director at Ditto Music, a global music publishing subscription service for independent songwriters. Tom is also responsible for Ditto Music's Neighbouring Rights strategy and operations.
Before joining Ditto Music, Tom was with PRS for Music for 8 years and 6 months, where they managed senior level relationships with major music publishers. Tom also lead a project to establish a strategic approach to license online video games/cloud gaming, and developed transparent online and broadcast licensing schemes for licensing online media providers.
Prior to their work in the music industry, Tom was the founder of Dominant 3rd Records, a record label they ran for 6 years and 7 months.
Tom Weller attended the University of Westminster from 2000 to 2003, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Commercial Music.

Ditto Music is also responsible for the innovative product Record Label in a Box, which provides all the tools budding music entrepreneurs need to start and run a successful label, and has helped establish thousands of new independent labels all over the world.
