Nikki Martinez

Nikki Martinez, MA, BCBA, LBA, currently serves as the Clinic Director and Board Certified Behavior Analyst at ABA Connect since July 2021. Nikki also teaches dance at DivaDance® starting in May 2022. Previously, Nikki worked as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at WE Care Autism Services from September 2020 to June 2021, and as a Special Education Teacher Aide at Princeton Child Development Institute from September 2018 to September 2020. Nikki's early career includes a role as a Registered Behavior Technician at Autism Behavior Consulting from August 2016 to April 2018, where the focus was on utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis with children on the Autism Spectrum. Nikki earned a Master of Arts in Applied Psychology from Rider University in 2020 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University in 2018.
