Debbie Wake has over 30 years of work experience in the real estate industry. Debbie started their career at Marriott International as a Director of Real Estate from 1986 to 1990. Debbie then moved on to Heilig Meyers Furniture Company, where they served as the Vice President of Corporate Expansion from 1992 to 2000. Currently, Debbie is a Senior Vice President at Divaris Real Estate, Inc. Their role involves assisting both retail and office tenants in identifying and securing space, negotiating leases, and preparing site packages for corporate committee presentations. Debbie also has experience in working with clients on their real estate needs during mergers or acquisitions.
Debbie Wake attended Virginia Tech from 1975 to 1979, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing.
