Gwen Gilbert

Gwen Gilbert, SHRM-CP, PHR, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Divaris Real Estate Inc since September 1999, overseeing strategic human resources planning, organizational development, and various HR functions. With prior experience as the Director of Human Resources for Divaris Real Estate and Property Management Co., Gwen has demonstrated leadership across multiple HR roles. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Gwen contributed to HRSHRM as a member of the Board of Directors from January 2009 to December 2021, serving in various capacities including Director of Certification, President, and Director of Marketing, thereby enhancing professional development within the human resources community. Gwen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Administration from Saint Leo University and furthered academic pursuits at Elon University.
