Sasa Misiraca

Sasa Misiraca has over a decade of experience in operational and customer service roles, currently serving as a Fulfillment Coordinator at divbrands since November 2018. In this position, Sasa oversees day-to-day eCommerce fulfillment operations, evaluates logistics performance, and collaborates with various teams to resolve order issues. Prior to divbrands, Sasa worked at Sitel Group from October 2013 to November 2018, first providing second-level support for Flybe passengers and frontline agents, and later as a Help Desk Technician for Hewlett Packard, assisting customers with IT solutions and mentoring new agents.
