Customer Success Lead at Dive

Benjamin Legrady has a diverse work experience. Benjamin started working at Dive Solutions in 2020, where they held the positions of Customer Success Engineer and later became the Customer Success Lead in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Technische Universität Dresden from 2015 to 2020, first as a Student Tutor and later as a Student Research Assistant. In 2019, they worked as a Project Assistant at Chalmers University of Technology and also had a research and development internship at MTU Aero Engines. In 2017, they had another research and development internship at the German Aerospace Center (DLR).

Benjamin Legrady obtained their education in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden between the years 2014 and 2020. Benjamin completed a Diplom degree, which is approximately equivalent to an MSc. In addition to their studies at Dresden, Benjamin also pursued a field of study in Applied Mechanics/Fluid Mechanics at Chalmers University of Technology from 2018 to 2019.

Furthermore, Benjamin has acquired various certifications to enhance their skills. In January 2021, they became a Customer Service Specialist through a certification from LinkedIn. In January 2020, Benjamin obtained certifications in Data Analysis, Data Manipulation, Data Science, Python Programming, and Python Programming from DataCamp.
