Ignacio Zaragoza Ruiz

Ignacio Zaragoza Ruiz has been serving as Jefe de Operaciones at Armada Española since September 2015, overseeing the operational diving team and planning activities for the salvage and rescue vessel Neptuno. In addition, Ignacio founded Diveasapp in 2019, which is currently developing software for managing reservations for recreational diving activities. Ignacio's education includes a degree as Oficial Tecnologo de Buceo from the Escuela de Buceo de la Armada and a background from the Escuela Naval Militar, attended from 2006 to 2011.
