Niti Chhabra has extensive work experience in marketing, client success, and direct marketing. Niti began their career in 1999 as Direct Marketing Manager at USWeb/CKS, where they managed the Direct Marketing Department and was responsible for conceptualizing, developing strategy, and implementing successful direct email campaigns for customer acquisition and retention. In 2003, they moved to AvenueA/Razorfish as Strategy Manager, where they launched Visa's first email campaign to support its rewards program. From 2005 to 2008, they were Online Marketing Manager - ecommerce at BabyCenter.com (A Johnson & Johnson Company), where they devised Baby Center's first successful sequential and lifecycle based online and email programs to monetize the BabyCenter email database and increase customer lifetime value. From 2008 to 2011, they were Senior Solution Marketing Manager (Enterprise) at Symantec | Clearwell, where they created go-to-market launch plans for Net Backup Appliance, Acquisition and Retention Marketing content and plans for products such as Ediscovery, Security, Archiving, Backup and Appliances, and integrated marketing plans that included Emails, Webinars, Media Buys, Online and Offline Events, Search, Social Media and Content Syndication. From 2011 to 2015, they were Director, Demand Generation Marketing at Bay Dynamics. From 2015 to 2017, they were Senior Director, Client Success at Position2. From 2018 to 2019, they were Senior Manager Marketing at Punchh. Since 2021, they have been Head of Marketing at Divebell.

Niti Chhabra has an MBA in Marketing from IRMA, Anand and a Bachelors in Economics from Jai Hind College, University of Mumbai.
