Craig Gaites is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in market operations and leadership within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Market Operations at Diverge Health since May 2023, Gaites has held multiple high-level positions at Equality Health, including President for Emerging Markets, Texas Market, and Platform as a Service from April 2020 to April 2023. Previous roles include Vice President at Lumeris, Senior Director and Director of Transformation at Evolent Health, and Senior Manager at CVS Caremark Corporation. Gaites co-founded Go-Op LLC and has also worked with Bain & Company in various capacities, including Case Team Leader.
