Manmeet Kaur

Manmeet Kaur is a seasoned health executive with extensive experience in leading initiatives aimed at improving healthcare access and quality for underserved populations. Currently serving as Chief Population Health Officer and Co-founder at Diverge Health since January 2023, Manmeet focuses on empowering primary care practices. Manmeet also founded and served as CEO of CHW Cares, Inc., and City Health Works, a non-profit dedicated to neighborhood-based health coaching. Previous roles include fellowships at The Urban Institute and Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation, and a focus on social impact at GLG. Manmeet has a solid educational background, holding an MBA in Healthcare Services and Entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School and a degree in Anthropology and History from Barnard College.
