Don “Stryker” Haley

Don “Stryker” Haley serves as the Director of Business Development for Aerospace and Defense at Divergent since September 2024 and has been a Partner at Afterburner since December 2018, where expertise includes leading workshops, corporate training, and keynotes on the "Flawless Execution" Methodology. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Growth at Hermeus, establishing key relationships within the Department of Defense, and a distinguished 24-year career in the United States Air Force, where accomplishments included creating innovative programs for electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, leading strategic operational analyses, and directing multinational combat operations. Don Haley holds multiple advanced degrees in strategy and operational arts, coupled with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Studies from Vanderbilt University.
