James Korath

James Korath has a strong background in IT consulting and application development. James started working as an Analyst at EDS in 1997, where they designed and developed Visual Basic applications using DB2 and MS SQL databases. James then moved to Morgan Stanley in 2000, where they worked as an Associate for over 10 years. In this role, they developed new applications and maintained existing ones. Finally, in 2012, they joined DIVERSANT, LLC as an IT Consultant for the City of Newark, NJ. Here, they were responsible for developing new applications and managing existing ones, including designing and developing a Silverlight Web application for Geo Information System.

James Korath has a diverse education history. In 1983, they began their undergraduate studies at Mahatma Gandhi University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. James successfully completed their degree in 1988.

After working for some time, they decided to further their education and enrolled at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1995. Over the course of two years, from 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science, which they successfully obtained.

In 2012, they attended SetFocus, LLC to enhance their skills in ASP.NET, MS SQL, LINQ, WCF, and MVC. James completed an ASP.NET Master's Program at the institute.

In addition to their formal education, James has also received various certifications. In December 2018, they obtained a certification in Fluent API Development in C# from LinkedIn. In October 2019, they obtained certifications in SQL Server Integration Services, ASP.NET Core: Security, Implementing a Data Warehouse SQL Server 2019, and SQL Server: Reporting Services, all from LinkedIn.
