Kandace N. has worked in various roles since 1999. Kandace began their career as a Consultant/President for Psyched4Success, Inc., where they administered and operated a consulting business that provided personalized organizational consulting services. In 2004, they became the VP of Fundraising for Hadassah of Greater Washington, DC, where they performed successful events to support research and public education against Osteoporosis and managed corporate and individual databases. In 2008, they moved to Heiserman Young, PC, where they served as an Office Manager and executive assistant to 3 professionals. Kandace developed an efficiency-enhancing workflow to process improvements and acted as a primary liaison to customers. In 2010, they joined Eliassen Group & Eliassen Government Services LLC (formerly Clovis Group LLC) as a Contracts Specialist and Facility Security Officer. Finally, in 2015, they began working at Diverse Systems Group, LLC as a Facility Security Officer and Office Manager.

Kandace N. received a Bachelor's of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Maryland between 1986-1989. Prior to that, they attended the University of Bridgeport from 1984-1986, studying General Sales, Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations.
