Alison Ireland, BA, CDP has an extensive background in managing employment services and programs. Alison has experience in coordinating teams, developing and implementing programs, and working closely with employers to meet staffing needs. Alison has also facilitated career workshops, provided career counseling, and instructed on career development topics. Alison is currently pursuing an Executive MBA and holds degrees in English, Educational Psychology, and Career Development. With a strong commitment to helping individuals overcome barriers and achieve stability, health, education, and ultimately gainful employment, Alison's expertise in the field of career development is evident through their diverse work experiences and educational background.
