Caroline Marks has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Caroline started their career as a Sales Management Trainee at Unilever from 1995 to 1998. Caroline then joined JohnsonDiversey in 1998 as a National Account Manager in the Food & Beverage Division. In this role, they managed and developed business in three national accounts worth £6 million.
Caroline continued to grow in their career at JohnsonDiversey, taking on various roles such as Customer Service Manager, Operations Manager for TASKI, and Technical Customer Service Project Manager. Caroline demonstrated strong leadership skills and successfully led the restructuring of the Customer Service organization, implemented SAP, and integrated customer service operations.
In 2010, Caroline transitioned to Diversey, where they held positions such as Food Safety Services Leader and UK Sales Manager for Food Service & Retail. Caroline was responsible for managing Diversey Consulting UK, overseeing the recruitment and training of the Food Safety Audit team, and developing quality control systems. Caroline also took on the role of Regional Accounts Sales Manager (South) and Commercial Excellence & Key Account Lead.
Most recently, Caroline became the Head of Sales Operations UKI at Diversey in September 2021. Caroline'sextensive experience in sales, operations, and customer service positions their well for this role.
Caroline Marks attended Glenlola Collegiate School from 1984 to 1991. Caroline then went on to study Food Science/Nutrition at the University of Surrey from 1991 to 1995.
