Neil Goddard

Neil Goddard currently serves as the UK&I Supply Chain Director at Diversey since January 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Britvic Soft Drinks, where responsibilities encompassed the International Supply Chain and Group Technical Development. Neil also held the position of Director of Global Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence at Jeyes, and at SC Johnson, Neil was the Global Director for Manufacturing Excellence and managed multiple manufacturing sites. Earlier roles include Manufacturing Operations Manager at Campbell Soup Company and various positions at Unilever Bestfoods, focusing on continuous improvement and total productive maintenance. Neil began their career as an Electronic/Electrical Engineering Apprentice with the Ministry of Defence. Academic credentials include a BSc with first class honors in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University.
