Alana Ford, SHRM-CP, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Health and Wellbeing at Diversified Energy Company since 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing the employee benefits program encompassing health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and tuition reimbursement, as well as collaborating with third-party vendors for plan design and rate negotiations. Previously, Alana held the position of Senior Manager for Health and Wellness at Lehr Middlebrooks Vreeland & Thompson, P.C. from July 2017 to September 2018, and served as a Human Resources Manager and Firm Administrator at Burr & Forman LLP from August 2016 to July 2017. Earlier in the career, Alana was the Benefits Manager at Lightfoot, Franklin & White and also held the role of Human Resources Director from February 1993 to July 2016. Alana holds a degree from Auburn University.
