Samantha Moss is an experienced professional in the insurance industry, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at IMA Salt Lake City since 2015, where leadership includes overseeing a team of 31 and implementing new departmental processes. Prior to this role, Samantha was a Senior Account Manager at BHC Insurance from 2006 to 2015, progressing from Account Coordinator to Large Group Account Manager during a formative nine-year period. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant Store Manager at CV's Family Foods from 2003 to 2006. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resource Management from Colorado State University, completed in 2017.
