Daniel Packer

Daniel Packer has extensive experience in finance and administrative services, currently serving as SVP of Finance and Administrative Services at Diversified Restaurant Group since December 2015, where roles have included Executive Vice President of Finance and Accounting and Chief Information Officer. Previously, Daniel worked at Las Cal Corporation from May 1986 to December 2015, holding positions such as Director of MIS/IT, where responsibilities included overseeing data infrastructure for 63 Taco Bell locations, maintaining budgets, and preparing financial statements, as well as working as a Restaurant Manager. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems and an MBA from UNLV Lee Business School, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the same institution.
