Aileen Alexander

Aileen Alexander has a diverse and impressive work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they serve as the Chief Executive Officer of Diversified Search Group, a position they assumed in December 2021. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice Chair at Diversified Search Group and served as a Board Member for AltoPartners and Global Corporate Practice Leader from June 2021 to December 2021.

Before joining Diversified Search Group, Aileen worked at Korn Ferry for nearly a decade. Aileen was the Managing Partner for the Philadelphia office from July 2018 to December 2020 and held the position of Senior Client Partner in the Technology Officers Practice as well as Co-Leader for the Global Cybersecurity Practice from December 2011 to December 2020.

Additionally, Aileen has experience at Heidrick & Struggles, where they worked as a Senior Associate from August 2010 to November 2011. Prior to that, they served as a Professional Staff Member at the U.S. House of Representatives, Committee on Armed Services from September 2006 to July 2010.

Aileen's earlier experience includes working for the Office of the Secretary of Defense as a Special Assistant to the Principal Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Policy from September 2004 to August 2006. Aileen also has military experience, having served as a Captain in the United States Army's 13th Signal Battalion, 1st Cavalry Division from July 1998 to July 2002.

Aileen Alexander earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Johns Hopkins University in 1998. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Public Policy with a focus on International Security Policy at Harvard Kennedy School from 2002 to 2004.
