Nora Maurer

As a Senior Search Coordinator, Nora provides project management support for the Diversified Search Group Higher Education team. In her role, she primarily focuses on search operations support, reporting, and logistics for the searches she supports. Nora brings to executive search sixteen years of experience in higher education supporting students, faculty, and staff in their international education and program development endeavors.

Prior to joining Diversified Search Group in 2022, Nora worked at West Chester University of Pennsylvania as the Associate Director of Education Abroad. In this role, she managed direct student advising, faculty-led program development, risk management and mitigation of international programs, and budget development and oversight. She also served as Co-Chair of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education state-wide International Educators Network.
