Anya Klimbovskaia

Anya Klimbovskaia has a diverse work experience. Anya is currently a Co-Founder and COO at Diversio since May 2018. Prior to this, they worked as a part of the Selection Committee for the Venture Capital Catalyst Initiative at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada starting from January 2023. From May 2017 to May 2018, Anya served as the Director of Research at RBC, specifically in the Office of the CEO. Before that, they were a Project Lead at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) from December 2015 to May 2017. In September to December 2015, they briefly worked as an Analyst at Wilfrid Laurier University. Lastly, they were a Graduate Research Fellow at the Centre for International Governance Innovation (CIGI) from September 2014 to August 2015.

Anya Klimbovskaia completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) Honours degree from the University of Guelph between the years 2009 and 2013. Anya'smajor was in Psychology, while their minor was in Criminal Justice & Public Policy. Later, they pursued their Masters of International Public Policy degree from the Balsillie School of International Affairs for the duration of 2014-2015, specializing in Economics. Additionally, they obtained certification in the Tri-Council Policy Statement: Ethical Conduct for Research Involving Humans Course on Research Ethics (TCPS 2: CORE) in December 2015 from the University of Waterloo.
