Diversion

Looking at social issues from a new perspective. That is what our team of young, experienced professionals has been doing since 2003. We tackle societies’ challenges through the development of creative concepts. We support authorities, companies, cultural and social institutions, enabling them to connect with society and increase their social impact. Additionally, we continue innovating by developing personal initiatives that contribute to a better future. We feel involved with everything going on in society and are inspired by people who stick their necks out to achieve progress. We want our work to contribute towards a better future. We do this through partnerships with people and organisations that take social responsibility and by putting important social trends on the agenda and taking the lead in developing new problem-solving approaches. We primarily devise and implement concepts for and with people and organisations with social ambition. We support them with their practical and strategic processes, we break down complex issues into more specific questions, we involve target audiences, conduct research and we provide advice about how to deal with social trends. Diversion is the specialist in the field of peer education. Deploying young people to resolve social issues and to reach other young people. This is how we utilise the peer education method to support organisations that wish to enter into a long-term relationship with a young target group, or who wish to achieve a change of attitude in youths. We use young role models to bring subjects into discussion that many youths find boring, that have a cultural taboo or are politically sensitive. Key to our approach is using the young person’s environment as the starting point, entering into positive confrontations and investing in young community leaders who want to make a difference.
