Appoline Suchy

Appoline Suchy joined Diversis Capital in 2022 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of the firm. In this capacity, she leads the finance, accounting, valuation, fund administration, and compliance functions. She is responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the firm, as well as supporting LP diligence, fundraising, and ongoing reporting. Prior to joining Diversis, Appoline served as the Fund Manager at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where she managed all accounting, operation, and relationship aspects of multiple private equity funds. Appoline has more than 15 years of global financial and operations experience in several capacities, including but not limited to financial reporting, taxation, and audit. Appoline holds a B.Sc. in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, and is a licensed CPA in the State of California.
